Celebrate Spring with Fun Cupcakes

I'm always amazed at the creativity displayed by cake decorators, or the myriad ways there is to dress up a simple cake--or in this case, a simple cupcake! I did a search on the Wilton website and came up with with dozens of different ways to decorate cupcakes for spring. This is just a few of them. I'll include the link with each design so you can see how to make them.

First, there are lots of different flower cupcakes. If you're looking for something simle, the Dot Flower Cupcakes are right up your alley.

Another variation of this is the Shell Flower Cupcakes.

For something a bit fancier, you can try the Pick A Click Cupcakes.

Or if you can manage a nice rose, the American Beauty Cupcake is a sinch.

If you're looking for something totally different, there's always the Bonnett Season Cupcakes.

Then there's the ever-present chick or bunny cupcake that is a requisite in the spring. This is the Sweet-Tooth Bunnies design.

Then you have the Carrot Patch Cupcakes.

Falling Into Spring
takes advantage of the upcoming Easter holiday.

Another variation on the same theme is the Basket Inspectors.

And those are just the bunnies. This is the Quick Chick for those on a tight schedule. There are several other chick-related cupcake designs also on the site.
